I specialise in acoustic / folk / world music, though I'm also happy to engineer a full rock band, including the drum kit. I've a number of years experience, artists I've done sound for include: Acoustic / Folk / Roots Acts: Chris Parkinson; Dave Burland; Dave Goulder; Flossie; Fribo; High Level Ranters; Jackie Oates; Jez Lowe; John Ward and Mario Price; Landermason; Lucy Ward; Maeve Mackinnon; Martin Carthy; Mawkin; Mick West Trio; Nakaira; Phil Beer (Show of Hands); Rebecca Moore; Richard Grainger; Richard Newman; Rick Bockner; Steel River Band; Wendy Arrowsmith; Zoox; Electric Bands: Bounty Hounds (Folk Rock); Duncan McFarlane Electric Band; Maiden England (Iron Maiden Tribute); Nick Dow Blues Band; I use a 2200 Watt dB Technologies PA system, which includes the following: - 2 x dB Technologies Opera 402 Mid/Top Speakers - 2 x dB Technologies Opera Sub 15 Bass Bins I also use the following: - 4 x 12" Wedge Monitors (2 monitor mixes) - 24 Channel Desk; - 30 Metre Multicore / Stage Box (24 Send; 6 Return); - 31 Band Stereo Graphic EQ, - Separate EQ for Monitors; - 6 Dynamic Vocal Mics (SM58 or similar); - 6 Dynamic Instrument Mics (SM 57, PG 57 or similar) - 2 Condensor Instrument Mics (AKG c1000) - Drum Mic Set (Bass, Snare, 4 Toms, 2 Overheads) - Numerous Active and Passive DIs - Numerous Microphone Stands Reasonable rates - drop me an email at arcazdd@aol.com for further details.
