13 Feb 12 - 04:26 AM (#3307285) Subject: obit Garth at the Spinners From: GUEST,Captain Farrell Heard the sad news last night that Garth the landlord of the Spinners has died suddenly.I was at his folk club last Tuesday and he was as usual sitting in playing a bit of blues guitar as well as serving the odd pint or two.He helped me out at the folk festival on many occasions.RIP. |
