Last year we walked/ate/played at Grampus pub in Lee N.Devon- outstanding. Anyone aware of similar places along Tarka Path maybe nr Lynton or Coombe Martin as we are planning a Jubilee Avoidance weekend. Other suggestions for singing pubs in Devon welcome, over Jubilee weekend. Thnaks

Isn't Bude Folk Festival that weekend?

Combe Martin, that weekend will be full of Hunting the Earl of Rone, see www.earl-of-rone.org.uk. You can always check out the listings of events in stiking distance of N. Devon for an upcoming month at www.shammickacoustic.org.uk and then go to 'local events'.

The White Lion pub in Braunton has an open mic night on Sundays, tends to start about 9.
If you do floor spots I'm sure they would accommodate you
