From: Bee-dubya-ell Heck, Bacon & Day were putting the equivalent of tremolo arms on their banjos 80+ years ago (CLICK for PIC). You just know a couple of fools back in that same era had to have ruined a nice Martin or two trying to achieve the same effect. |
