06 Apr 12 - 09:39 PM (#3334787) Subject: BS: Mentors From: Janie The favorite teacher thread provoked this. Mentors. I have been very fortunate to have had a number of them. Some of them have understood themselves to be mentors and some were oblivious. I thank them all, living and dead. One unintentional mentor I will thank here, personally, is Bill D. Thank you, Bill. You continue to teach me alot about the dicipline of thinking clearly. |

07 Apr 12 - 01:08 AM (#3334822) Subject: RE: BS: On Mentoring From: Joe Offer I'd say my primary mentors at Mudcat have been Sandy Paton, Rick Fielding, and Art Thieme. All three have encouraged me to dig deeper and learn more. I stand in awe of these three wise men, but they always treated me with absolute kindness and respect. I think it has been one of the great privileges of my life to have known these three me. Oh, and I like Bill D a lot, too. -Joe- |
