16 Jul 12 - 12:38 PM (#3377096) Subject: Whitby Week Any Accommodation Available? From: GeoffLawes Does anyone have, or know of any 'reasonable' accommodation going for Whitby Folk week Friday 17th - Sat25th August. I work as a steward and so I usually camp for free but at this late date I find that I am unable to use my car to transport the camping gear up there so need an alternative. All the B&B's I have tried are already fully booked or too far away.Any suggestions? |

02 Aug 12 - 06:29 PM (#3385330) Subject: RE: Whitby Week Any Accommodation Available? From: YorkshireYankee I will be sharing a self-catering flat with Jack Campin and his other half (and possibly Leadfingers on the sofa, if I recollect rightly). My room has twin singles in it; I am still hoping to find another female to share the room with me. If I did, it would cost us each £125 pounds for the week (maybe even less, if Leadfingers does join the crew), which is a heck of a deal! PM me me for more info... |
08 Aug 12 - 08:24 AM (#3387560) Subject: RE: Whitby Week Any Accommodation Available? From: brid widder We have a double sofabed in the sitting room, it's ground floor as is the bathroom, the dining kitchen is lower ground so no-one needs to get up early because breakfast is underway...or lunch. I ask £20pp a night and provide tea, coffee, milk and bread, the house is a short walk into town. If anyone wants just a night or a couple of nights that's fine, p.m. me if interested. |
