Review: Harmony Ukuleles?

What do you think of Harmony ukes?
The one piece nut/fingerboard of molded plastic is really not a bad idea.
I think they sound pretty good. Made of good wood.
Someone should come up with replacement fingerboards for them.
The frets do wear out.
Maybe even wood/metal ones.
(:-( ))=

My friend Cam has one, all patched together with tape, but the fingerboard is still playable and it sounds all right. I enjoy playing it.

I have two. A sunburst faux flametop with a cracked back (crack repaired with a popsicle stick) and a Silvertone with a wahini playing a uke painted on the front of it.
Very nice playing. Quite good sound. Good for blues.
