After nothing happening for years, this does. I've just got back from my last stay at the other place that won't have me too. There was a blues fanatic there who was closer than my shadow, but he's been ill for years & because he needs different help that isn't suitable for me he's staying. We're unlikely to see each other again. I feel like I've lost a limb. Putting AC/DC's 'Ride On' on was a mistake. |

I'll make a card for him, so at least he can have it put up in his room. He wants to see me again, but unless I visit his care home it seems unlikely. I always meet people who I get really close to because they share my music taste, & after a couple of stays I never see them –- the reason why is obvious & always annihilates me. One of the reasons I chose this place is because the people there are younger & less likely to be ill. I've always wanted my life to be like a trad.song; now it is I'm not happy. |
