19 Oct 12 - 11:55 AM (#3422675) Subject: Folkspot Internet Radio Show From: GUEST,Guest Those of you who used to enjoy the Wayland Radio Folk show may like to know that it has returned in the form of a weekly folk club which also broadcasts the proceedings live and unedited over internet radio every Sunday evening fron 7.00pm to 10.00pm. It's held at the Tracks Club, next door to the Railway Public house in North Elmham, Norfolk. Entry is free and anyone is welcome to come and sing/play or just listen. The format includes a booked guest spot of 50minutes with the rest of the evening taken up with floor spots from around the room. This week the venue is the Social Club at Great Massingham near Kings Lynn and the following week Flitcham Social Club in Church Lane will be used. Both venues are warm, comfortable and have real ale bars so come along and play folks. Music is from 7.00pm to 10.00pm each Sunday with booked guests playing for an hour from 8.00pm. Floor spots are available to other visiting musicians and singers on the night and listeners are most welcome.
