It was on LP when I was in gradeschool and I want to sing it for my kids but I remember about all of two lines. Unbelievably, turned up nearly nothing with web search for this one! Can anyone help me out with lyrics? |

On Halloween, Halloween night, Peter McCreep was awake. Well, it couldn't have been twelve o'clock that night, When right down the street danced this ghastly sight Of weird-looking things holding lanterns ablaze, Singing 'bout all of the trouble they'd made.
On Halloween, Halloween night, Peter McCreep was awake. Well, the black cats were screaming, the witches were singing (?), The hobgoblins danced and the pumpkin heads pranced; Peter McCreep at his window above, Had to cover his ears from that dreadful hubbub.
