28 Oct 99 - 09:49 AM (#128955) Subject: NEWBIES: Check out BBC's page & stuff From: katlaughing Hi, there. Rick suggested, and I agree, that since we seem to have a lot of new 'Catters, you all might like a little information. bbc is one of our longer-time members. She and her son David, as she said on the Mudcatters under two months, or whatever it was called thread, voluntarily maintain a wonderful resource for us all. She has the email addresses of any of us who want to be listed, plus birthdays, photos and mini-profile pages of those interested, and other things, as well. To get to those wonderful resources and to find out how you, too, can submit your photo, if you so desire, please look at the main threads page. Up towards the top, and kind of off center to the right a little, you will see a box that says Quick Links. Click on the pull down menu and you will see quick and easy ways to link to a bunch of things, including Mudcat Radio and BBC's Resources. Click on that and then Go, and have fun! Got any more questions? Ask here and one of us is bound to turn up with a clue or two.**BG** Now, let's see yer mugs! luvyaKat |

I remember thinking "what the hell is this?" and moving on. I should have stayed and explored. Anyway, do what katwhoknowswhatshestalkingabout tells you. I want to see what you look like, and send you birthday greetings. Kevin |

********######## MESSAGE FROM CLEIGH O'POSSUM ######**** Dear Newbies, I'm not really a member here but Spaw says I'm a Mudcat Icon, but I don't know what that is. Miss bbc was so kind as to give me my own picture page even though I'm just a little clay possum. I hope you look at my page and you can also see me with Catspaw of course on his page. There is a nice picture of Mr. Rick blowing up my rump too, but my favorite picture is in the events section under "Rick and Catspaw's Excellent Adventure." Its a picture of two eccentrics holding an icon, or at least that's what Spaw says. Since Barbara Blessings made me, I have travelled and done a lot with Spaw and I am looking forward to seeing all of you whenever I can. There is nothing like having a Mudcateer blow my keister to give me a warm sense of belonging. Best Wishes to you all, Cleigh O'Possum ########## ************* ############# ************** Well there you go folks. A nice welcome from Cleigh. BTW, he has his own little photo album...hot tubbing, at a picnic, checking in to a motel....all kinds of shots. We'll add another tomorrow when he meets the Great El Swanno. Spaw |
