Mark your calendars and please come, because it is loads of fun and I want to meet and hear you! Geoff Kaufman was one of many chantey singers at Mystic yesterday for the 71st anniversary of the Charles W. Morgan's arrival in Mystic, so I asked him for the date because it isn't up on the seaport's website yet, but details should be available there soon. Whoever sees it first, please post a link to this thread. The seaport itself will be closed that day. The venue will probably be at the usual place across the street, but let's wait to see those details on the website. |

And I want to remind everyone that the seaport itself will be closed. Anyone not familiar with the exact location: park in the seaport's main lot. As you walk from the lot toward the street, Froshinn Hall is the building on the same side of the street as the parking lot and it is the first building on the right. Moongoddess, can you give me any clues on how to identify you so that I can say hello? If you are still looking at this thread, you can post below or PM me. Salsa and Rowan, I'd like to meet you, too, but you can't PM me because you aren't a member. You can still respond by posting below. I think I've met everyone else who has already posted on this thread. |
