Getting this error

400 Bad Request
Request cannot be handled by the server.

Reason: Connection with Host: header containing unknown local host name "dev.mudcat.org". Received on IP address 10.1.10.35, which is not bound to any virtual server. Cannot proceed.

The dev site hasn't been working all day. There have been problems with the regular site off and on for the last couple weeks, but it seems to be working normally now.
