We will have some free time and I am hoping to find some folk music to either be audience to or participate in. A song circle might be a lot of fun, or a shantey sing. All tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

Friends were playing at a Bal Folk in Chateauroux and we had a great night of music song and dance with loads of accordeons, cornemuses and hurdy gurdy. It's probably safe to say folk carries a different meaning in France, non of your folk clubby 'singaround' stuff. And much nicer for it too. |
