I've listened to three versions on youtube and this is the best I can get. hearts on line 6 I think is OK, but I'm not certain. trem I'm not sure about; the pronounciation seems to be drem but if it is I don't know the term. It could be drum but it doesn't sound like it, so I've taken it as an Americanized pronounciation of trem. Hope it's enough for you anyway.
