It's a new name but the same wonderful two days of continuous music on multiple stages and at a reasonable price. And If, like me, you can't get to Old Songs, several of the same performers will be here. It all happens in the historic district of downtown New Bedford with it's cobblestone streets. The venues include the New Bedford Whaling Museum and the National Parks Visitors Center. All venues are within about a 5 minute walk of each other, and there are seats at all stages though sometimes not enough, so I always carry my chair which is more comfortable, anyway. This festival specializes in workshops, and you never know what the performers will come up with in those workshops!
