"My simplicity over the mountain" may fit the bill for a humorous one although not strictly Lancs/Yorks an absolutely brill song sung by Arthur Howard and Paul Brady (read that again!!)

Right ,look up Arthur Howard!

1 "It was the Night and the Moon Illuminated the Sky" aka Over The Mountain ~ Arthur Howard

2 Try Paul or maybe Shane Brady for an accompanied version, (admit I tried Paul Brady and could not find it) the other chap is Irish and a fine singer in Paul Brady style so I may have confused) Over the Mountain or My simplicity over the Mountain ~ sheesh!

I knew there was a thread about this song somewhere, but it took me a while to trace it under another title: The Trip Over the Mountain.
