15 May 13 - 08:33 AM (#3515268) Subject: World's Room 17th May 2013 CANCELLED From: GUEST,The World's Room Dear all, In just the last two days we've learned the unfortunate news that both of our guests for this Friday's World's Room, Phyllis Martin and Mary Smith, have taken ill and will be unable to join us as planned. We wish them both a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming them to the club at an alternative date in the near future. In this exceptional circumstance, and with the difficulty in replacing both guests at such short notice, we've taken the difficult decision to cancel the event. We'd be grateful if you could help spread the word to anyone whom you know had been planning on coming along. We'll return on Friday 14th June, when we welcome Davie Robertson and Ken Wilson to the club. Best wishes, The World's Room |
