Only nowadays his appeal has spread well beyond the folk community, after his illustrious performance as the "Songman" in the National Theatre's London award-winning production of "War Horse"; so much so, that he has just been re-booked to resume the role in the UK tour of the production, for a further 18 months. Thankfully, before getting on the saddle for that, we managed to secure him for one evening with us which promises to include several of his well-loved hits alongside stories and songs from the production. So: Monday 17th June At 8:00pm (sharp!
