all the way to Santiago

With the 40th anniversary of the coup d'etat coming up I have started to sing a couple of Chile related songs and asked Chilean friends how to improve the Spanish in the final verse but have come across two problems, there seems to be no concept of home in Spanish, other than meaning house as Steve Knightley used.

The other phrase which does not translate into Spanish, or French for that matter, is 'All the way'.

I am going to sing at a 40th anniversary do on the 28th in Birmingham and would like to have a version which does not sound wrong to Spanish speaking friends. any ideas?

These from a friend-

All the way- todo el camino; may not be used in Chile.

Home- look up uses of hogar.
A house is not a home- Una casa no es un hogar.
Home sweet home- hogar dulce hogar
