That isn't the title of the song, just the first line of the chorus. I heard a few lines from it today and I gather it's about having a bath and being tickled. The refrain ends with something like "Gouzi, Gouzi". If there are mistakes in the thread title it's probably because of the damn autocorrect.

It's indeed the title of the song. First recording (1963) and lyrics you can't stamp as literature!
