Would anyone know and kindly share the chords for Snouts and Ears of America in D.
Should be simple but it's a tricky melody. Thanks in advance.

The chords used after a few listens to the melody are D, G, A and A7, I think.

Something like this? From a Scottish dance band version via Nigel Gatherer's site, chords by me:

X:702
T:Snouts and Ears
D:Jimmy Blue
Z:Nigel Gatherer (chords: JC)
L:1/8
M:2/4
K:D %Transposed from A
A|"D"dD D>E| FA de/d/ |"A" cA A/B/c/d/ | eA AB/c/ |
"D"d/c/B/A/ GF |"A"EA A/B/A/G/|"D" FD "A"ED/E/ |"D"FD D :|
E|"D"FD D>E| FA AB/A/ |"Em"GE E>F |"G"Gd d/B/A/G/|
"D"FD D>E| FA AB/A/ |"Em"GE "G"d/B/"A7"A/G/|"D"FD D :|

(I give up - that's the last time I will ever post ABC to Mudcat. It used to be possible, with difficulty, to get it monospaced properly, by using <tt>...</tt> tags and turning off automatic linebreaks; now it's throwing the spaces away so nothing lines up right. I am NOT going to fill my ABC source in with dozens of &nbsp; tags added by hand to get round that).

Thanks Jack! Works perfectly to my ears (and snout).
