Help: Rave Review of J. Baez's 1st Vanguard L

From: Dorian Tenore-Bartilucci

I'm doing research for author David Hajdu for his upcoming book on the 1950s/'60s folk music scene, CHILDREN OF DARKNESS. We've found Robert Shelton's rave review of Joan Baez's first Vanguard album from The New York Times, but David needs at least one more rave from another source. If anyone can send me one or tell me where to find it, we'd sure appreciate it! You can contact me directly at doriktb@banet.net. Thanks in advance for your help!

Explains why it wasn't listed as Children of Darkness. Thanks, Peter.

Time Magazine did a cover story of her in November of 1962. I have a large excerpt from the article on the back of an album The Best of Joan Baez on the Squire label. If you are interested I can scan the jacket notes.

If it wasn't for time, we'd have to do everything all at once.
