money is a consideration and so is time. i can not keep a huge inventory on hand. quality is important....i will need to do some small runs on command...less than 100.

Mary, you're better off finding a printer or a shop that will run them for you. At the university we used to have a print shop that had burners that would burn, then print (four color) the art work on the disk. The foolishly got rid of the print shop or I would have them give you a quote.

That equipment is expensive, and I think the disks were very reasonably priced, I'd guess they were under a dollar a piece.

Let me know if you have more information to go on that list/insert.

Have you checked with any local used records stores? Many offer clean & burn services for what they sell. A lot of garage bands use them for small runs.

Can thoroughly recommend these folks, lovely people to deal with, very competitive prices, super efficient service.

Once they have your master and artwork, you'll have to finished product in a week, we've used them several times, and they will do quantities as small as 50

Mary is in Washington state, so the UK isn't the best choice for mailing CDs. I helped Bobert with his CD a while back, I'll look around and see if I can find the company that he worked with. They offered a variety of services.

Mobeniko make proper glass mastered CDs in runs of as little as 100. You can buy them on spindles and do your own packaging or they'll do the packaging too. They ship to the US. Manufacturing costs and shipping are reasonable, they're easy to deal with and they do a good job.

sorry..has to be US. Anyone know how good CD baby and Oasis are? I can not commit to runs of hundreds or thousands. Anywhere from 20-100 at a time. First runs bigger.
