Next will be some John Hartford albums featuring Buddy's steel playing. Wiki says Buddy passed on the 22nd. Other sources give the evening of the 28th and the morning of the 29th. No sources I have found give cause of death. |

A few articles still say 7/28, but most articles coming out today say he died yesterday, 7/29/15. Still nothing about cause of death. NPR's All Things Considered covered this sad news today. He is the steel player on Judy Collins' "Who Knows Where the Time Goes?" album including "Someday Soon". He did about half of "Sweetheart of the Rodeo" with the Byrds, and was on albums by Paul Siebel, Steve Young, Joan Baez and (pretty sure) Bob Dylan. |
