Whitby 2015 accommodation request

Owing to stupidity (not mine) we now have 1 too many people wanting to be in the cottage we have agreed to rent in Whitby for the folk doings.

Has anybody got a spare place - preferably room but maybe room shared with other females (the fewer the better) - for our friend - female, Yoruba, 50-ish, fine singer, limited vision due to glaucoma?

Money expected to be needed to change hands!

Suggest you get in touch with Tourist Information. They will know of B&B vacancies. I think it is a Scarborough number (01723 --------)

And before anyone comes on to say that everywhere will be full - oh no it will not. There are quite often vacancy signs up during Folk Week.

When I had to find emergency accomodation there were places with vacancies but not for the full week. At this notice you might need to move part way through the week.
