The slingshot (what you folk call a catapult) was slung yesterday, and I think the snap was strong enough to get the pressie to you by Twelfth Night, perhaps New Years. It's kind of a bare bones trip, no stuffing with my local newspaper so you can see what our funny papers look like, etc. But hey, owls can only carry so much. |

Well, apparently their little talk went better than expected and after running around for more gifts to add to what they had accumulated separately, they left the bounty in my office in a bag, both announced that they were taking leave (quite unheard of at this time of year) and they made plane connections for Las Vegas.
