This information from WorldCat.org:

'LIZA'S TOOTSIES
Sung by Arthur Rigby
Words and music by Harry Castling
London : Francis, Day & Hunter, ©1893.

First line: I'll sing of a damsel who lives down our street.
First line of chorus: 'Liza's tootsies, 'Liza's feet.

These lines are quoted in a novel, The Strangers' Wedding: The Comedy of a Romantic by Walter Lionel George (Boston: Little, Brown and Co., 1916), page 175:

Liza's tootsies. Liza's feet.
You can bet they'll take the cake.
Will Liza's plates of meat.

It doesn't have the full song lyrics, but it's a good start that may help your mother remember the rest!

Oh, I'm sorry to read that! Patience then, for I'm sure someone will come along with the full song. It may take a while.

Perhaps a moderator will kindly combine the two threads? Thanks!

ELIZA'S TOOTSIES

Well there was a young girl and she lived down the street,
Her name was Eliza and she had big feet,
Size 24, corns attached
And for size and for quality,
They can't be matched.

Eliza's tootsies, Elza's feet,
Make no mistake, they take the cake,
Does Eliza's plates of meat.

Now Eliza went down to the shoe shop one day,
When the man saw her feet,
he faded away,
He looked with a smile and he said with a grin,
What you need are the cases that the shoes come in!

CHORUS

Well Eliza went down to the butcher shop,
When she got to the door she fell flip flop,
The butcher ran out with his knife in his hand,
'Who the devil knocked me shutters down!?'

It was Eliza's tootsies etc.

Now Eliza fell ill and they sent for an ambulance,
To get her body in they had no chance,
They sent for another at the corner of the street,
One for Eliza and the other for her feet!

Eliza's tootsies etc.
