13 Dec 15 - 03:31 PM (#3758163) Subject: December Press Room (NH) Shanty Sing From: Bat Goddess The December Monthly Shanty, Forebitter, Foc's'l Ballad, and Annual Seasonal Song Session will be happening this Saturday, December 19th at The Press Room in Portsmouth, NH from 3:30 to 7:30 PM. This annual sea and seasonal song session usually brings out a lot of material not sung the rest of the year. We'll definitely have to do Brian Chadburne's "Shopping Shanty" and, I'm sure, Charlie has a few seasonal songs about traditional Maine weather, etc. It's wide open for songs we only get a short opportunity to sing each year. See you there! Linn |
