Sounds like it might be a wartime / services song -- if so there might be many variations. I guess it could also refer to a fishing fleet- - the person who asked comes from a fishing port I'll pass on all suggestions - thanks! |

My pal Nancy has had an earworm of just this line - which may or may not be accurate! haven't heard if she remembers the tune and alas she does have memory problems these days (don't we all?)
