Do you mean telomere extenders? Extend the enzyme, die earlier, no? Which may be a gift to some... or for some...

CRISPER the end caps and replace with new telomere group of 8.
Voila! 22nd century tech today.

There is a risk of cancer however but hell its no guarantee like death.

I have no idea how to do each and every cell all at once.
Kinda sounds like repeal and replace huh?

When you run out of the telomere "timers" you no longer will grow those cells anew. Its not about less, its about more.
I did an Outer Limits short story about it before CRISPER

It would go a long way toward fulfilling the prez-elect's promise to bring back coal jobs if every US parent were to give each of his/her children a good-sized lump of coal.

Say, a lump about the size of a standard shipping container.

Coal jobs? I remember when coal mining was a handy trope for most awful, degraded and hopeless job in the world.

What about a collection of Victorian toys requiring skill and athleticism? A spinning-top with a whip, a hoop with a stick to bowl it along…
