25 Jan 18 - 05:16 PM (#3901787) Subject: BS: Tomm Moore films From: Dave the Gnome I was tempted to post this in music as the incidental music is very fitting for a folk forum but I prefer for this to be about his films. More about Moore on the IMDB I have just watched 'The Secret of Kells' and the 'Song of the Sea'. Both marvelous animations by this young (well, compared to me 41 is young) Irish director. The animation is almost childlike in style and the stories involve lots of Irish folklore as well as the afore mentioned music. I am hooked! Anyone else? DtG |
