16 May 18 - 05:09 PM (#3925044) Subject: Anyone busking with a Dobro/resonator? From: GUEST,Busker On A Budget Do any of the members here who busk perform on a Dobro or other resonator guitar? I have the chance to buy a good one used. It's a mahogany-bodied guitar with an aluminum resonator. I'm wondering about rust if it should get wet (unlikely, since I would substitute a cheap dread if the forecast called for rain), or whether the resonator might be affected by heat, since I'll be in open spaces with lots of sunlight.
