It's a bourrée from the Auvergne/Limousin region. You can find other verses such as "peignaine-peignons" (comb), "teignaine-teignons" (dye), "tissaine-tissons" (weave), "reprisaine-reprisons" (mend), "jetaine-jetons" (throw away) -from Diapason Turquoise 2, les Presses d'Île de France, 2004.
I learned the 2nd part as "Tondons, tondons, la laine la laine, tondons, tondons, la laine des moutons."
