Fleetwood Folk and Blues Weekend Friday 31st August - Sunday 2nd    September 2018

I am hoping to get there early afternoon on Saturday. No fixed plans. Anyone else from here going and fancy joining me for a beer or a brew somewhere?

Too soon after Shrewsbury for me otherwise I'd like to have gone. Used to go to Fylde FF until my tent blew down there about 20 years ago and, despite that I have a soft spot for Fleetwood.

Looks like the campsite this year is back to where I had the tent incident. Take long legs and hope it isn't windy!

I'm in a posh hotel, Joe :-) But, yes, we were regular attendees at FFF for many years. Usually B&B but, when I went on my own, I did camp. I was lucky enough not to have any tent problems but I do remember the tent hang gliding events some years!

Well I was not expecting to be going but Caffrey/McGurk/Madge are now performing on the Friday evening in the Wyre lounge and Saturday evening in the North Euston!

Yay! I missed you at Swinton so, hopefully, may see you there on Saturday. Any idea what time you are on?

We are going to be on in the Wyre Lounge on Friday at 8:45pm and the North Euston on Saturday at 9:00pm.

From what I remember of past years the Wyre Lounge tends to be noisier so I expect we will be doing less of the quiet introspective stuff there!
