BS: spearmint recipes

I just bought a package of dried spearmint leaves in the Mexican food section. I can't find a single recipe that uses them, except for making spearmint tea (duh!)

Does anybody know of a use for spearmint besides tea?

It's usually used for flavouring chewing gum. I wouldn't want any food (or drink) that tasted of chewing gum. Why not get some real fresh mint?

If it was fresh you could probably chop it finely and use in any recipes of the choc-mint variety, or even blend some with a small amount of liquid and discard the leaves and use the juice in some things.

Dried mint is useful for a few things, but dried spearmint wouldn't work - IMHO - because it is that fresh, light, aromatic green flavour which makes it spearmint.
