Border Ballads - a series on Radio 3 in November 1984

Border Ballads
Last of eight programmes Clerk Saunders sung by ROD PATERSON

I've heard a muddy cassette of the solo performance of Tam Lin,
and I wonder if any others from this series were released, repeated,
or just hiding on a dusty cassette somewhere. I'd especially like to
hear the solo performances by Archie Fisher.

For unknown reason now I have only Archie Fisher's Tam Lin (which is largely the way I do it once a year or less) and this is on reel to reel but as yet I have no programme or gadget to digitise it.
I do Clerk Saunders too once in a while but don't remember hearing it by Rod Paterson. Sure I would if I had.
Scary how long ago this was.

Rod Paterson sings Clerk Saunders on the "A' Jock Tamson's Bairns" recording issued by Greentrax (CDTrax 112).
It's a 2 album re-issue filled with absolute gems.
