Can anyone recommend a relatively inexpensive pipe and tabor?

I've seen the drum I want at the Early Music Shoppe, but it's currently sold out.

I'd rather have a wooden tabor than metal or PVC, as I sometimes perform as a 17th-century pirate, and I want my instruments to be period-correct.

I meant a wooden pipe, not metal or PVC. The tabor itself will be wooden, I would imagine.
