I heard this once on television I think, and half of the lyrics have stayed with me. Can anyone give me the complete lyrics and some info about the writer\performer(s)

one verse went

They tell you that their Nuclear reactor's safe and sound
That all the junk is stored away ten miles undergound
But what happens when she starts to leak and poison the waterfront
Then we'll all have cancer, and they can only kill us once
