Whatever he does with brexit, allowing of course for the inconvenient fact that he has the House of Commons to deal with, he'll be toast as he will not be able to heal divisions either in his party or in the country. To add to that, he'll get no concessions from the EU. It's amusing to see so many minor Tories jostling for the top job, all of them clearly too thick to see that it would be the poison chalice of all poison chalices.
