'Farther Along' without Jesus?

In this time of pandemic, I'm looking for comforting songs to play on the radio next weekend. I thought of "Farther Along", but I'd like to be inclusive of non-Christians. Does anyone know of any recorded versions of the song that don't have the "Jesus" verse in them?

More logical - and perhaps easier - to find another song, perhaps ?

Well, "Farther Along" has three verses that don't refer to either Jesus or God, so it could be used as a secular hymn.

Satisfied Mind is even better. So is Give Me the Roses While I Live. How Can I Keep from Singing is another. Who Will Sing for Me? is another.

Oh, I'll gladly take other suggestions. I have four hours to fill. That's just one of the songs on my list, and I wondered if there was an inclusive recording of it that I could play.

In case it wasn't clear, I am not a performer. I am a radio host. I am specifically looking for *recorded versions* of songs.

Joe Offer, those are all good suggestions. Thanks.

Hallelujah - Leonard Cohen
Ripple-Grateful Dead
To Lay Me Down-Grateful Dead
Black Muddy River-Grateful Dead, Norma Waterson covered this well

Stan Triggs made up a secular version of "Farther Along" and it's in the PJ Thomas Collection at UBC. I just checked and it's not on his Folkways album.

lyrics sans Jesus though different versions seem to be claimed by others. That's how copyright/music biz works.

Youtube - same start, cut at 3:25 though - don't go farther along - er - um ............

I'll get my cassock......
