That's just my impression, though; like I said, I couldn't find any music |

For the first dance, somebody started walking, another person followed her, another person followed him, etc etc. (I think one person put hands on the shoulders of the person in front.) So they wound up with a long line of dancers, flowing and curving about the hall. A dance like that would explain: "Once or twice about the house, And leave where we began. ... Desiring you to follow me, And do as I begin." Thanks for posting. This is a fun song. |
