Lyr Req: Jean the Hatchet

Anybody know this song?
Here's the chorus:
Raise up your sword or bring the axe down
Send soldier and standard to fall to the ground
Freedom is worth all the struggle and sweat
Step up to the battle like Jeanne Hachette.

I heard it from Mary Bertke at the Bray Singers' Circle.

Apparently, Mary wrote it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNLMxHnyJDI

Mary says in the chat at Bray: I hadn't heard of her until I went looking for stories of medieval women fighters. They held a march in her honor every year for more than 600 years. It was discontinued for awhile in the early 1900s, but it seems they've started the practice again - a friend happened to be in Beauvais on June 27.

I take this is
not to be confused with
Jeanne d'Arc?

Jeanne Laisné and Jeanne Fourquet and nicknamed Jeanne Hachette ('Joan the Hatchet') was born about 25 years after Joan of Arc died. Good idea, but it isn't possible.
