Lyr Req: The Gormless Girl / Gormless Maid

I was helping a friend (from Ireland) look for a song from her youth -- The Gormless Girl. I was able to learn through the Forum that it was recorded by Alasdair Clayre. And later I learned that it was recorded on Elektra in the late 60's. I wonder if anyone out there has the lyrics to this ditty?
Thanks

Hi, Jack - the Elektra discographies show that Alasdair Clayre recorded a song titled "The Gormless Maid" in 1967 on an eponymous album.

Thanks! Now if I could just locate the lyrics. I found the LP on Ebay but it was out of my price range.

Hi, Jack - I'm hoping someone will see this thread and have a copy of the LP. I couldn't find any online recordings or cds.
Keep watching this thread.

He had two recordings this one and one called Adam and the Beasts. The Adam one is well represented on YouTube and some streaming services. Not so the one I want. I will keep a lookout. Thanks.
