Origins: Galician tune

There's a terrific Galician tune called Pandeirada de Entrimo that I've been playing, and that my band will also soon take up. I first heard it on Andrew Cronshaw's album 'Earthed in Cloud Valley'. I've got the tune and some good chords for it, but does anyone know anything about it, or if it's in a particular book? I did send Mr Cronshaw a message but didn't get a reply.

It's in Daniel Gonzalez, "Asi Canta Galicia: Cancionero Popular Gallego", Orense 1963. He includes the words. Contact me on FB or email and I'll send you a photo of the relevant page.

That's brilliant, Jack, I'll get onto that.

I've just been trying to find a copy of that book on the web, to pass on to a friend. As it was published so long ago I thought it might be free somewhere. But all I can track down is hard copies for sale or in libraries. Can anybody do better?

It's got a crude stapled binding that would be hard to scan.

James Yorkston recorded the tune in a 2009 collaboration with The Big Eyes Family Players on an album called "Folk Songs".

He's on Facebook as James Yorkston and also Bandcamp at https://jamesyorkston.bandcamp.com/

There's also a fine version of the song by Coral De Ruada accompanied only by a superbly played tambourine.
