10 Oct 20 - 07:19 AM (#4074958) Subject: RE: Internet broadcast Ballad of Ewan MaColl From: sciencegeek Over the years I collected the MacColl radio ballad CDs that were available and that was pretty much all we knew about them and a little bit of the history didn't even know there were "lost" ones... it is still relatively recent that BBC made television broadcasts available to the USA and those few were only on public television stations... now we can get things like Britbox online, but very few documentaries and even fewer on music and none on traditional that I am aware of... it has been filtered to suit large general audiences - so that leaves me out lol |
