The Irish Traditional Music Archive has published a set of recordings made by Alan Lomax in Ireland under the title 'The New Demesne', which is the title of a fourite reel of Séamus Ennis, who worked with Lomax at the time.

Coinciding with the publication RTE presenter John Bowman is featuring these recordings in his excellent Sunday morning programmem including interviews with editor Nicholas Carolan.
