BS: I've been shot - again

First & second time it was the Astra-Zenica Shuffle, as the line-up moved episodically.

Then came the Pfizer Farandole.

Now it was the Moderna Mazurka

The music is not getting any better!
The arm hurt more each time, and this time a head-ache mid-sleep did wake me, though a sip of water reduced that to virtually nothing in the morning. The GF stopped work for a day after Moderna, and she works in all conditions!

So I guess I chose my parents well!

PS What dance for the fifth? A 5-time waltz?

Ah, well done Mr Red! Aren't we lucky to have these vaccinations readily available, up-to-date and free?
Hope your arm stops hurting soon. I reckon my arms are made of rubber, because I never ever feel the needle going in nor does it hurt one bit afterwards.
I'm up for any boosters going. (The Deltacron Dab?)

I'm on the high side of vaccination. My next one will be #5. I haven't had a flu or a cold for 2 years. They never hurt but had a small soreness for a couple days. The Shingles vaccine hurt.

The Shingles vaccine can knock the stuffing out of you for a couple of days! The fourth COVID shot (2nd booster) did it's own amount of disturbance. But I'd rather that than full-blown COVID without the vaccine.

Arm was sensitive, a bit like a small bruise would be, but gone now. The jabs have worked well because when I tested positive in Sept I was unaware of any symptoms. After GF reported her clients woes, and her day off work after Moderna, I was bracing, in this case for an anticlimax!

Next time - take your partners, for the Johnson & Johnson Jitterbug

Had my 4th Moderna on 26th April. About two hours later, severe chills sent me crawling into bed - fully clothed for an hour or so. Also itchy chest area for an hour or so. And general tiredness as we made 5 hour drive. I usually do most or all of it but did less than two hours this time - started to feel trembl
y. Two days to full recovery from shot/trip?

I'm getting my fourth in early May. I don't remember much of reaction to the first shot, but they've been getting worse since then. This time, I know to have a couple of easy meals, and stick a cane in my bedroom so I can get to the bathroom. Then, the day after the day after, all better. One day of not wanting to be conscious, and not walking well, and probably other symptoms I don't remember, is better than covid.
