01 Mar 23 - 10:54 PM (#4166581) Subject: Folk Heritage Records box set From: Stewie For those who may be interested, 'Before The Day Is Done: Story Of Folk Heritage Records 1968-1975' 3CD box set is currently available via Amazon at considerable discount. I reckon this is a superb collection: there is not a single bummer among the 68 tracks. It is certainly the best of the handful of folk-related box sets that I have from the marvellous Cherry Red/Grapefruit label. These are tracks from small-run album releases by UK folk club performers. Some stunning stuff. Before the day is done --Stewie. |
