The landlord (Moggie) is a great guitarist, banjo player and singer .............. he's also as mad as a box of frogs but great company and keeps great beers. Just a couple of days ago, I cooked the very first dish I have ever made with leeks. The DH came home with two of them, and I found a recipe for Chicken and Leeks online and prepared it.
